Contact us
Email [email protected] with your question or problem. We read every message.
To help us answer quickly, please include:
- whether you use the Mac, Windows or web app, and the app version (shown in the app under About, where available);
- your trainer and heart-rate monitor models, if the problem is about a device connection;
- what you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected to happen;
- any error message shown, copied exactly if you can.
Please do not email passwords, payment card details or Apple/Google sign-in codes. We will never ask for them.
Connecting a trainer
Apogee connects to compatible Bluetooth cycling trainers, and optionally a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor. Wake the trainer by pedalling, make sure it is not still connected to another app or device, then open Connect in Apogee and choose your trainer. Only one app can control a trainer at a time, so close other training apps first. If a device does not appear, turn Bluetooth off and on, move closer to the trainer, and try again.
Accounts and sign-in
You can browse routes and workouts and try a demo without an account. Real riding needs a rider account with fitness consent. In the Mac App Store app, sign in with the email and password for your Apogee account. If you normally use Google or Apple sign-in on the website and do not have an Apogee password, contact support and we will help you get signed in. You can delete your account in the app under your profile; deleting removes your profile, ride history and settings.
Subscriptions
Mac App Store subscriptions are managed through Apple: open your profile in the app and choose Manage subscription, or use your Apple Account subscription settings. Apogee provides the cycling application; Apple handles Mac App Store payment and refunds. See the subscription terms for cancellation and refund details.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what data Apogee uses and the choices you have. You can also use the support email above for any privacy question or request.
