Free riding
A registered rider account includes 60 minutes of active riding per UK calendar week, Monday to Sunday in Europe/London. Pauses and demos do not count. Unused time does not carry forward. A ride authorised while time remained can finish after the allowance is used; a new ride then needs Unlimited or the next weekly reset.
Unlimited
Unlimited removes the weekly riding limit for the Apogee account that makes the purchase. The web price is £5 per month in GBP, including applicable indirect tax. Checkout may offer an equivalent price in your local currency. App stores display their applicable price and currency before you confirm. Subscribe only once: use the same Apogee account across your devices. An internet connection is required to sign in, verify access and start riding.
Payment and renewal
A subscription starts when payment is confirmed and renews automatically each month unless you cancel renewal. The purchase screen shows the amount, billing period and provider. Website and supported Windows purchases use Stripe; Mac App Store purchases use Apple. For purchases marked “Sold through Onelink”, the merchant of record named at checkout handles payment, applicable sales tax or VAT, and payment-related support. Apogee provides the cycling application. Payment details are handled by the purchase provider.
Cancellation
Use Account → Manage subscription to reach the provider you purchased through. Cancel before your next renewal, allowing any notice period shown by that provider. Cancellation stops future renewal; Unlimited remains available until your paid period ends. You then return to the free plan. An ongoing authorised ride can finish.
Failed payments and refunds
Unpaid renewals do not grant a new paid period. Access continues only for time already paid for. Refunds and payment disputes can remove the associated paid access. Apple purchases use Apple’s refund process. For purchases marked “Sold through Onelink”, you can request payment or refund support through Onelink support. You can also contact Apogee support for help with your subscription or the application. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Account deletion
Deleting an account removes its profile, ride history and settings. Export data first if you want a copy. Apogee cancels a Stripe subscription before completing deletion. Apple controls its subscriptions, so cancel renewal with Apple before deleting your account. Payment providers may retain legally required transaction records.
